As you circuit the region’s ten most beautiful lakes, you will collect unforgettable moments along picturesque shores, scenic vineyards, and dense Vosges forests. The reward is not only a coveted collector’s medal, but also memories to last a lifetime.
Circumventing the ten largest lakes of Grand Est on foot is a wonderful “Weekend Adventure” that will offer you many valuable life moments and allow you to get to know this exciting region better. You have no time pressure, as the Iron Lake Challenge is not about times or records, but about enjoyment.
Registration an Scope of Services
Registration for the Iron Lake Challenge Grand Est costs 24 EUR.
This entry fee includes our Iron Lake Challenge ‘Grand Est’ Edition collector’s medal, as well as the green marble from the Timeless Challenge.
However, you first have to circumnavigate the ten largest lakes in Grand Est! Only then will we send you your well-deserved medal and marble! After all, you want to earn them, not just get them for free.
With your registration fee, you support my passion project to plant one million trees.
How to register

- You will receive a registration confirmation with all the important information.
- Now you must circumnavigate the ten largest lakes in Grand Est on foot. You have as much time as you need to complete all ten lakes. As proof, you can upload a screenshot of your tracking to our challenge tool.
- Once we’ve checked your submission, you will get your well-deserved medal and marble. Simple as that, right?

Once you have walked around the ten largest lakes in Grand Est, we will send you the beautiful Iron Lake Challenge “Grand Est” Edition collector’s medal and the green marble by mail. This can become the first one in your upcoming Iron Lake Challenge collection.
